Black Lime

The one that keeps you up talking. Darker and stranger than a normal lime. We use dried black lime, the smoky fermented kind from the Gulf, for a deep savoury citrus that is nothing like a wedge of fresh lime, then lift it with cool fresh mint so it still tastes like summer. It is the flavour people cannot quite place and cannot stop drinking, the after-dark member of the range.

Real black lime, spearmint and a little sea salt, dry and complex, with no sugar trying to smooth it out. Serve it very cold with a slapped mint sprig, or use it as the base of a zero-proof mojito that actually tastes of something. Zero proof, low sugar, built for the part of the night when the good conversations happen and nobody wants to go to bed.

What is in it

Pressed fruit, bitter bark and actual sea salt, and nothing that needs a footnote. Zero proof, low sugar, 250ml a can. The botanicals in this flavour are named above and printed on the can.

How to drink it

Painfully cold. Straight from the ice, or long over one big cube with the twist the flavour asks for. The pool deck is optional, the ice is not.

Cans are cans, so opened cases cannot come back. Anything damaged in transit is replaced, no questions.

What people actually drink

Bought one out of curiosity, now the Yuzu lives in the fridge door. It is the only soft drink I actually want.

Did a dry month and this got me through every dinner without feeling left out. The Blood Orange looks better than a negroni.

The Black Lime is so weird and so good. Nobody can guess what it is.
