The one for golden hour. Deep, sunset-red and just bitter enough to feel like a proper aperitivo. Blood orange brings the sweetness and the drama, hibiscus brings the tart floral edge and that unmistakable ruby colour, and a touch of cinchona keeps it dry on the finish so it never tips into squash. It looks incredible in a glass and tastes like the good part of a negroni without any of the consequences.

Real blood orange, dried hibiscus and a whisper of bitter bark, no artificial colour needed because the hibiscus does it all. Serve it long over ice with an orange slice as the sun goes down, or pour it into a coupe and let people assume. Zero proof, low sugar, made for the hour when everyone relaxes at once.

What is in it

How to drink it

Painfully cold. Straight from the ice, or long over one big cube with the twist the flavour asks for. The pool deck is optional, the ice is not.

What people actually drink

Bought one out of curiosity, now the Yuzu lives in the fridge door. It is the only soft drink I actually want.

Did a dry month and this got me through every dinner without feeling left out. The Blood Orange looks better than a negroni.

The Black Lime is so weird and so good. Nobody can guess what it is.
